The individual assessment analyses your answers and provides a report in to your natural behavioural style, as well as your behavioural style in the workplace. Working with your Aamori Group coach, you will disseminate your general behavioural characteristics and workplace predispositions. Combining this information with the behavioural insights and environmental factors, you and your coach will develop detailed action orientated goals that build on the insight gained from understanding your behavioural style and the nuances that evolve within the workplace as well as your general surrounds. You will identify potential development areas, gain a deeper understanding and application of communication methods and increase your influence identifying others' behavioural style, instinctively adapting your behavioural style to suit the environment and interactions.

The sales assessment includes all of the analysis from the individual assessment as well as an exploration into building and maintaining rapport throughout the selling cycle based on your specific behavioural analysis outcome. Working with your Aamori Group coach, you will investigate each phase of the selling cycle, breaking it down to develop a detailed understanding of how you can identify behavioural style cues in customers and adapt your selling techniques to suit throughout the entire 5 step selling cycle:
