Fundamental Development Programs

Give your employees the opportunity to be at their best today with our "Fundamental" development programs. Completely flexible to suit your organisation, the Fundamental programs put together the "best bits" to provide key area development and are engaging, practical and flexible.
The Aamori Group Fundamental programs will empower your employees to get the fundamentals right and get down the business.
Fundamental Teams is an Aamori Group original program that will equip team leaders, managers, and supervisors with practical fundamentals of team building skills. Arranged into 8 versatile modules, we can customise the program with organisation specific content to meet the needs of your staff members through an interactive, engaging experience. Each module is 2 hours long and covers 2 key team building skills, from effective communication, facilitation techniques, managing conflict and motivating others.
Delivered through workshop sessions (virtual or face to face) with built-in practical, hands on activities, to cover real-world content that is delivered with a deep understanding of team building challenges by our dynamic, trained facilitators. Our facilitators are able to skilfully engage participants and encourage focused application of learning back on the job. They know from their own experience as coaches, team leaders and influencers, how participants may need to improve and are able to unlock the ability in others to progress forward.
Program Outcomes
By participating in our Fundamental Teams program, participants:

Fundamental Management is an Aamori Group original program that will equip emerging leaders, team leaders, managers, and supervisors with practical fundamentals of managing teams. Arranged into 8 versatile modules, we can customise the program with organisation specific content to meet the needs of your staff members through an interactive, engaging experience. Each module is 2 hours long and covers 2 key management skills, from conducting performance reviews, engaging & motivating employees to planning and delegating effectively.
Delivered through workshop sessions (virtual or face to face) with built-in practical, hands on activities, to cover real-world content that is delivered with a deep understanding of management challenges by our dynamic, trained facilitators. Our facilitators are able to skilfully engage participants and encourage focused application of learning back on the job. They know from their own experience from being in the management chair, how participants may need to improve and are able to unlock the ability in others to progress forward.
